***The Human Change Management Institute is a Qualified Education Provider™ from the Association of Change Management Professionals® (ACMP®) for its HCMBOK Training and Certification Program.***

 Training Objective:

The HCMBOK training objective is to develop knowledge and skills of human change management, in order to reduce antagonisms, amplify engagement, and support the project to reach its strategic goals.

At the end of the training you will have:

√ A solid understanding of the good practices and strategies to manage the human factor in a change process
√ The tools and techniques that support the activities of change management
  • comprehend and differentiate human behaviors in the face of a change situation
  • analyze the logical and psychological conflicts connected with discomfort promoted by the change
  • Develop a purpose that will engage stakeholders connected to the project

Certification:

The Certifications granted by the Human Change Management Institute endorse the qualifications of a Professional for the carrying out of the activities of a change manager in any type of project.

There are 3 levels of HUCMI Certification, as shown below:

HCMBOK® – Certified Professional

This is the first certification level. As a prerequisite to taking the course, candidates must hold a university degree.

Steps to get certification:

  1. Register;
  2. Take the module I of tthe training in the HCMBOK® guide in one of the Training Centers;
  3. Prepare yourself for the certification exam which can be done online (via Internet);
  4. Complete the certification exam with at least 75% correct answers.

HCMP® – Human Change Management Professional

This certification level is granted to professionals certified in the previous level who show to have at least 1000 hours of work in projects.

Steps to get certification:

  1. Fill out the professional activity sheet;
  2. Take the module II of the training course in the HCMBOK® guide in one of the Training Centers.
  3. Prepare yourself for the certification exam which can be done online (via Internet);
  4. Complete the certification exam with at least 75% correct answers.

HCMMP® - Human Change Management Master Professional

This certification is granted to professionals certified in the previous level who show to have at least 1500 hours of work in projects using HCMBOK® macro-activities.

With the HCMMP – Human Change Management Master Professional level of certification, you become part of an elite group of professionals who hold the highest title recognized by the Human Change Management Institute – HUCMI.

This certification does not require tests of knowledge but the submission of a project case applying HCMBOK and its techniques, which will be reviewed by an evaluation commission from HUCMI and may be selected to be presented by you via conference call or approved directly.

Once you receive this certificate, you will have to validate it and maintain it active by submitting, every two (02) years from the date the HCMMP certification was granted, a new case in accordance with the HUCMI standards.

The investment to obtain this title and certification is US$ 200 (two hundred dollars), valid for two (02) years, paid via credit card. After the two years, to keep both the title and certification active, you must submit a new case and make a new investment in the same amount (US$ 200).

Your project case will be evaluated as soon as our financial system has confirmed the payment of the investment mentioned above. Then, you will receive approval or an invitation to present your case within thirty (30) days from the date of payment.

Once the HCMMP title and certificate are granted your case will be published on the HUCMI website and it will become an important landmark in your career as a Change Management professional.
